Thanks @Sac Cerevisiae, got some plugs on the way that look like they might fit perfect.

Update on the plywood- CNC guy has been digging out from his downtime backlog all week, even working through the weekend, thinks he MIGHT get to them Sunday ;) Will keep you in the loop!

Just visited him today, again, and he has resolved the SW demons and has been cruising through boards - starting ours tomorrow, likely into Saturday, so I am going to start boxing on Sunday/Monday. The end is in sight folks ;)

Parts were finished cutting late Sunday, and I picked up today. I have a few operations to perform on them and of course check them out (bunch of router problems lately if you recall), plus setting up shop in my in-laws' garage since mine is officially overflowing, but I expect to start shipping by end of week!

Did I miss the ordering portal? Only saw the 100, 80, and FJ options on your site
You aren't missing anything, I just haven't put them up for sale yet. I want to get caught up before I start taking more orders, and frankly need to do some website updating, so look for the drawers to go for sale in ~2 weeks..

I'm sure everyone is tired of reading my posts (which usually are about why things are delayed again), so I'll just leave this here:

My pkg arrived also but have not opened yet. I may need to run a coax cable under the drawers for a HAM antenna so waiting for guidance from the pro's at SAR our local Search and Rescue meeting tomorrow night. I have been looking at the T-handle (example) with matching keys from our local trailer sales. I would like to see every one else's ideas so keep posting.

Just finished putting my 200 Drawers together and installing. I used the hinge idea like someone suggested on the 100 thread. The hinges are surface mount spring hinges from Home Depot (Everbilt 90-Degree Surface Mount Hidden Spring Cabinet Hinge (1-Pair)-H01068E-NP-CP - The Home Depot). I used this carpet from Lowes (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Mohawk-Hom...ngular-Door-Mat-Actual-72-in-x-96-in/50339644). I had to remove the cargo hooks and trim from the sides for the wings to fit (my amateur carpet job left a fairly large corner). . Still varnishing the drawer fronts so I have not installed both yet. Very impressed so far.

@sdscolumbia Nice install. For the hinges, looks like you're using those for the side panels, correct? Wondering if we could apply a similar idea to the sleep platform insert (except put it at the very front instead of in the middle)..

Good idea -- I believe that would work as long as you are not relying on the hinges for the support (the insert should rest on the seat backs for support). I may try carpeting the insert and cutting notches in the carpet overlap on the bottom to install the hinges. They should be able to stand straight up when the seats are reclined.

That was exactly my thought. Putting mine together next day or so and will try as well.

@cruzerDave: First of all, fantastic quality work and great job on the 200 drawers!

One thing in the guide that threw me off, I believe that steps 20 and 33 that references 15 screws should actually say 18, or?

Also, question... extra holes in the middle of the side wings that don’t align with a bracket, what are those for? (maybe I missed something in the super detailed guide, but couldn’t find a reference to those).

EDIT: looks like the hole for the middle bracket under the side wing is about 6” further back than what it looks like in the guide, or would require front side vertical supports about 12” from front rather than 6”.

Thanks for the catch on the screw count, leftover from 100 series... On the wings please email me and happy to talk through and resolve.

QWuick public service annc - I did not ship plugs for the oem cargo hook holes as I was still trying to find a good, flush one. I may have it, and as soon as I can sync schedules with @Bendcruiser to test will know if the search is over or not. Once I have one I mail to everyone though.

Hey, Dave

Any idea when you’ll be putting these on your site to order?
I've been wanting to move my website to a new e-commerce platform, figured I'd do it then but as that is taking too long - here ya go:
Land Shark Outfitters

I have 1 set available from a cancellation (it DID take forever to get this set out the door and can't blame folks for needing a set for a big trip : ) and after that it is currently a 4-6 week lead time.

Dave,

Does the 200 kit come with the 5" spacer for bridging the gap between the kit and the 2nd row seats?

Thanks Dave. Good to go on the wings. My mistake. Will post pics from Moab this weekend after I get newly painted drawers re-installed.

YES - although I forgot to mention it in the instructions :frown:
