Possible Help/Suggestion
While I am not a CO lawyer, I would suggest that you file a lien or perhaps even an injunction seeking a stay on the foreclusure of your goods. If you can demonstrate that the shop owner is not the owner of your truck (should be easy if you have title) you can get an order from the court preventing the bank form taking possession of your ride. If and when they do take it that is where the problem starts. If they end up selling it you could very well lose your right to the truck if the subsequent buyer acts in good faith and does not know that the bank does not hold title.
In any event I agree that suing him is probably not a good use of your resources now. Even if you were awarded a judgment it sounds like it would be impossible to perfect.
I'd be happy to help if I can but keep in mind I am not licensed in CO and can only offer suggetsions.
As a second option, have you thought about determing who owns the property and getting with them directly?
