Let me know if I can do anything. I guess I feel like I was in the special Olympics. I did business with him, but I came out OK finincially and with the rig, just felt retarded (sorry - special) when it was all over.

Taking action on Napier

I have turned over all of my documentaion to the State in hopes that they will take the appropriate action against the sceaming looser Mr. Napier :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2: I will continue to seek retrobution and payback until I recieve my money back. Sorry to hear that he had another death in the family. It seems that his mother, father, and grandparents keep coming back to life and repassing away. They all died earlier in the year when I was trying to get my money back from him.
 
What state agency did you submit that to? I reported the truck stolen last night but all they could do is record that I had called. I'll start the legal process on Monday...

Don't know why thats not politically correct. The guy has his cruiser and has not paid for it and now has disapperead. Sounds like stolen to me.
 
If anyone needs help finding or getting something back I have a freind that is a repo man......with ALOT of contacts(from low life scum to heads of police agencys) Pete will get your s*** back! BTW I can have Pete do some calling around and will prolly cost nothing.....

Wonder how Napier would feel about a visit from the Bandito's :D

He is back in Colorado again and of course, no calls. He is working as a mechanic for H & H Truck Service? or something like that...HJH maybe. He hasn't paid his bills at the shop in Brighton and the landlord is going to lock it and auction off what is left inside. I called a lawer yesterday to see if it would be worth it to take him to court. His next court date I am aware of is November 5th.

I filed a police report but they told me it was a civil matter...

s*** Mike I missed all this and sorry to hear it. It sounds a lot like a guy I used to work for out here who did a lot of the same s***. It is amazing how some of these cruiserguys come out of the wood work. Eventually they spread it so thick that they believe it themselves, in some cases their parents abused them, or they were never able to move on from their loser childhoods and are trying to prove something and when it doesn't work they start lying, lying lying, etc etc etc. For example, my guy was driving around the west looking at $1.2 million properties when his house was being repo'd (which eventually happened) and him and his wife and three kids were living out of a tent on some property somewhere.

I'm sorry and best of luck. I am not going to name names or discuss any of my experiences honestly because I am scared, I have been threaten with being sued by this guy before (somehow in his cockbrain world I am the one "who was wrong" (????????!!!!!!), I don't have the time, energy, or desire for a war, and generally keep my mouth shut or try my hardest to do it. Honestly I am also leaving it hanging out because he does read the internet and has sued people for "slander" before (it is everyone elses fault but his).


But, low and behold, every shop on the west coast figured it out, his pretty sweet shop which I came into early, quadrupled the income on as their sales/marketing guy, and went into deep personal debt doing, imploded no more than 3 weeks after I left so god or karma or whomever has taken it's bitter toll. And honestly, I have a feeling if it hasn't/isn't already happening with your guy then it will. With luck you haven't been burned too hard and I guess I would just try to leave it at that, or maybe do something, but eventually this guy will be be (if he isn't already) so fawked anyways that honestly it might not even be worth it. Eventually this guy will also run out of places to hide as well...
