What, you have something against squats?
I hate exercise! But seriously, last recovery I had to get my kit from the tailgate, that tire would have ended up in deep muddy water, with snakes and alligators and spiders and electric eels. And I am fragile.

I like the design of the bumper, and I know it would work fine, I did pay attention to my mechanical design engineering classes 33 years ago. But I do like the other one better, at the moment.

Got one one of these coming next week! Skid plate. Got it unpainted, but will have to rattle can it since Trollhole fix all the rust preventive oil deposition features I had on the truck.

Both halves?

I like my IPOR but that is the skid id chose if i were to do it again.

I have that same one - and the other side matching one. Nicely built. I still haven't installed the other side one since the driveshaft hangs so low I have to cut a larger grove into it to accommodate it. :)

New storage apparatus for my cruiser. Packing my stuff to get ready to head to VT in 2 days and I created this storage device. One on each side over the wheel well for all that crap you need to find, and will wedge itself under other stuff so you can’t find it.

It is not Overlanding proof yet as they are not on sliders, that’s version 2. You can buy them at Amazon or weld them yourself. Installation is $465 per side, of course.

Did you know if you fold the middle seat it makes a great garbage bag dispenser?

One of those things we teach on the 4WD 202 class is how to break a bead, then reset with starter fluid. Never thought I would have to do it on my own tire! Coming down the back side of Daniel trail in Uwharrie, rear slid into a rock and crimped the valve stem against the wheel, ripped off the top. Amazingly didn’t loose any air. Replaced the stem this morning.

Warning, graphic images! Yes, the tire held air, no leaks

The classic HiLift to break bead, was hoping to only break it by the stem, but The whole side came down at once.

A little bit of liquid soap on rubber made it easier to pull up.

Dorkle!
Installed the Dobinson one. Will do an install thread later on, but now I can sit with the cool kids at lunch. Only problem was the rubber hose connecting the plastic to the airbox split. Racing tape to the rescue until I get a larger hose

Not sure why I didnt think of this before, but using two simple velcro straps, a couple of screws and washers and my fire extinguisher is easy to reach and secured.

Some rubber Quick Fist clamps added to the back of the swingout makes a great place to keep the shovel outside. Will add a second for the axe. I do like to keep the axe inside though, but still going to get it because I don't listen to anyone.

I think you need to secure the bag of Blue Diamond Almonds for easy accessibility!! It sucks when they slide around in the second row floor....speaking from experience!

Snorkel install complete! I had to get a 3.25" silicone 45 degree coupler to replace the original rubber adapter that split in half. Fit perfectly.

And you people all wonder why I put shiny metal tape on my lifted, armored, green 80. If I ever get a snorkel then the truck is changing color! I don’t wanna be the same kind of unique as everybody else!

Youd need a "plain" white 80 for that @JohnVee

You is kind, you is smart, you is important. And always special.

So I should buy another white one or just mention mine one more?

You is kind, you is smart, you is important. And always special.

But yours has that lx colored trim. so it's only a little different. you need to go bold, and get some hot pink lizardskin and do the flares. flares with flair!!!
