Is the original stereo (CD doesn't work) worth anything to anyone, or is it like the 3rd row seats - just a novelty?

To sell individually or to keep so that it goes with your truck if/when you sell it?

I really enjoy my stock stereo (with bluetooth adapter inline with antenna) and use the third row seats regularly so I value them both.

I've got one offer for it, since it is fully functioning. If anyone else is interested, PM me, otherwise I will probably sell it and ship it in the next day or so. Thanks for all of the humor guys.

BTW , the knob was broken in two a long time ago when my kids learned to drive on it. I tried epoxying it back together, but had I know about this forum, I would have replaced it.

I may have one to part out that came from my 95. I will check tonight if anyone is interested
Again, would be interested in one or two of the little treble, mid, bass, knobs. I think they are all the same.

Yea definitely worth something.
I had a guy drive all the way from Hollister, CA and give me 2 bottles of wine for my old head unit... Well actually he was coming to pick up my old third row seats i posted on-line for free. I happened to ask him if he also wanted OG head unit and he accepted it for the asking price, he was then cool enough to offer me a pack of beer or a bottle of wine. Due to my gluten allergy I accepted some red wine in exchange.

I am not interested in parting mine out as it can be sent off and made brand new again. I would entertain selling the whole unit, just not pieces off it. I still have to see if I can locate it.

No worries but that's a bit of a 180 or did you mean something else other than "part out" in your first post? Just curious.

I had rather sell the whole unit to one person and let them use what they want off it or send it off to be refurbished. I sent mine to a place in california and had it reworked, that is the one that is now in my 95 cruiser.

This (no knob) radio is still available, if there is any interest.
