This could be a cheaper solution for those of us who suffer from the OME lifted s*** ride. My Solid axle with J springs on my 80 are soft and smooth compared to my 100. I spend a lot of time on very long wash board roads. Even airing down does not provide relief. If I could get the ride figured out I would probably sell my 80. please keep us posted.

+2 as soon as you get to experience some washboard/corrugated roads or even typical crappie concrete please give us an update! My re-valved fox 2.0 could probably give the ome's a run for their money on stiffness now. Such a waste of time and money.

We just put a second set on my buddies similarly set up truck yesterday. He, like I have 34" TG's, OME Tbars but he has 860 rears. His was not quite as jarring as mine, but close.

He works in a part of town that has the worst asphalt roads I have ever been on in a real town. Terrible. He got a good memory this last week to just tell when he installed the Pro's.

I asked him for a report after getting to work this am, here goes

"Yup just pulled in. The best way I can describe these shocks is good and solid. Better than OME. They do a great job on rolling bumps and the like. For really rough stuff, they are still "bumpy" but they mute the harshness of the road and make it noticeable smoother."

His front end used to float a bit (like an oldsmobile with clapped out shocks) on the interstate. He said that is all gone.

I'm loaded up and taking mine on a 2500 mile round trip to Big Bend TX this week. I will update you on the way.

I just got back from my trip. I was "blogging" it on my local club site.

Bottom line is I drove this truck just under 300 miles on hard, rough trails in 100+ degree heat and a lot of it was 110-120*

Washboard, ditches, washes, speed and slow. I really beat the crap out of these shocks.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with them. Unreal performance in the worst conditions.

I have a fairly heavy truck with 34's and all the Slee goodies. Add all the gear I had and I was loaded nicely.

These shocks are worth every penny. Every penny.

Again, I am really shocked that there is not more interest in these shocks considering it is the crap usual offerings or $500 per corner custom shocks.

Oh well, maybe if it was about cupholders.......

I'm thinking these might be the better option for me. I was leaning towards the Radflo's, but couldn't justify the cost.

I think it would help more people get interested if they were actively show online. It's not like you can just buy them online right now, you need to call and order.

I think these with OME 2.5" lift and diff drop I will be happy for a while.

I am telling you. This is BY FAR the most affordable, available option you can get.

Metal Tech is the US dealer. He is ordering them as fast as he can, but they only get a few sets at a time. I have told my local guy to buy every set Mark will sell him.

They are bad ass.

I just ordered a set of the non-pro foam cells for my 60. I am convinced.

Oh well, maybe if it was about cupholders.......

Cup holders............did someone say cup holders.......what colour?

No seriously, I have had cup holders Ironman shocks on my last couple of 4WD and never had a problem with them, great ride and good 4WDing on my work ute and my weekend vehicle.

Installing my second set of pro's here at the shop. Both are 80's but really impressed with them. I'm also an Iron Man Dealer.

I'm glad to see we have a source for these state-side now. I wanted these but couldn't find any when I recently replaced my shocks (went OEM to wait and see what happened with these, etc). Glad to hear the ride on the pavement is good - that's where mine spends a vast majority of its time and it needs to remain comfortable for the wife's back.

What's the MSRP?

$275 ish each

I think it's about shock volume and use.

Weight of the truck was my reason.

Plus they were $50 more each.

Why not spend the extra 200 and get the bigger shock body?
