Ok well I have seen threads with hilux and 14bt engine and for my understanding 14b and 15b share the same engine mounts. It's a puzzle. Just need time to figure it out. Thank you all guys for the help

What I can say is it's a good thing you are a fabricator because you're going to have to make frame mounts for sure, for the rubber mounts themselves what I'd suggest is basing your frame mounts to use the mounts that would go along with the motor. If that makes sense.

Yeah that makes good sense. I think I need to start off by finding the front axle. I'm going to look around Sunday I have been searching the local classified and there's one or two series 80 cruisers parting out.

Make sure you get 93-97 as they have bigger front brakes. If you can really narrow it down 93-94 don't have ABS and you can
bolt on free-wheeling hubs. So those are the ones to shoot for but 95-97 are good too.

Found a 3b bell housing on eBay is that what I need to mate h55f to 15bt? Another thing. The starter is 24v I will need to convert to 12v or find a 12v starter.
See your other thread. I have a bell housing that will fit. As for the starter I have used a 1pz starter. It is likely that a 1hz and 1kz will also fit. The other 24v vs 12 to consider includes glow screen (works fine), and injector pump. The cut off soling is works fine with 12v however it also has a plunger that changes fuel pressure. I was told by an injector pump specialist that it will not run right with out this powered by the Ecu. I got him to build a 15b/14b/2lt combined pump calibrated to 15B-T injection volumes. Then there are the niggly things like temp, oil pressure and oil level sensors

Finally got to do a little bit of work on my 15bt dry fitted the 3b? Bell housing I bought. I was told it was an aluminum bell housing. I'm only able to put 5 bolts on the top half. None of the bottom will go in. I think the engine plate from the 15 b doesn't exactly match the 3b bell housing. Also there are clearing issues with the clutch and pressure plate. And of course the massive 24v starter

there may be other configurations that you can apply with some fabricating, but if your not looking to "recreate the wheel", Toyota's Mega Cruiser had a 15B-T with a transfer case that may be compatible with a Coaster 5 or 6 speed transmission. The Mega Cruiser came with Toyota's A443F, But so did some of Toyota's Coasters, but with 2 wheel drive configurations only. I thinks there has been mention of expedition built Coasters that have used the Mega Cruiser's Transfer Case to create a 4X4.
Of course none of these vehicles nor their drive-trains ever come stateside which will be your biggest challenge
pretty sure that Aus is a 12V market as far as 15B-T electrical parts go

You all guys are amazing. Thank you all for your help. In waiting on a few parts to get here to start the transplant. I will keep the thread updated with pictures and videos of the build.

The fly wheel on this thing is massive 141/4 inches about 362mm I know my 15bt was mated to a 6 speed transmission that came from an 03-06 coaster.. I guess a 330mm 8bolt fly wheel will fit my 3b bell housing

there you go

I know that the later aluminum 3B Bellhousing that came standard in the BJ7X's was a bit larger that the earlier cast iron ones in the 4X's series.

but even that one only came with a 275mm flywheel. HZ and 13B-t had this FlyWheel, the Turbo HD-T's got a 300mm Flywheel and I can get some measurements from that Bellhousing but it still might not unite your Engine/Tranny necessity.

I can also let you know what the total O.D. measurement is for a 300mm FlyWheel
