Real quick: Yes I'm really new here, hi. Been following this thread for MANY months. I'm grateful for all the work put into the project, thank you. I would like my FJ40 to run w/o problems for more than a few days at a time.
Now to real business. Seems as though, if all the persons who have expressed an "interest" in these swell jerseys would actually place an order we'd have them already. Yes, I've paid already.
I absolutely do not wish to be rude or demanding. I certainly can't speak for mcewan13, but all I've read seems to say he's not going to purchase a boxcar of these fine jerseys and wait for the paid orders to come in. He has graciously donated his time, efforts and some $, and understandably, does not intend to front the full cost, and/or bare all the risk.
I fully admit to selfish motives when I beg those of you who've expressed "interest" in jerseys to, please, PULL THE TRIGGER and place an actual order. I really, really, really want my jersey.
So like I said, I'm new, and I haven't quite figured out all the emoticons and such. Please know this post is submitted with humility and a burning desire for a cool jersey.

Sizing Update
I had been holding off on releasing sizing ifo as I've been trying to gett better prices from a few diff sources. Since we can't seem to hit a MOQ of 30, much less 300, I've settled on working with Suarez.
Their sizing charts are here.
The XC jerseys are going to be Cub Cut. If you are unsure, order the next size up.
The DH jerseys are looser and should be truer to size, but go look in the mirror and be honest with yourself.
The photos below hopefully help. The yellow jersey is a medium and the black jersey is a large - both club cut. I'm short -5'-6"- but stocky. I'm ordering large in both styles.

Thanks for dealing with this headache- sorry it's turned into such a time consuming project.
I just checked the sizing info on the manufacturer's website. What does it mean when they say: "CLUB CUT- 1 more size than PRO CUT, Design for amateur and recreational cyclism where comfort and durability are essential"?
The sizing stated is their Pro sizing...so an XL Club Cut would be the equivalent of an XXL Pro Cut listed on that page.

Hey, I don't like people hanging their own funds out for something that benefits us all. Count on me for one. Typically I wear xlarge, hope you have an extra coming. 6'2" 210lbs on a good day (not today)

Fair warning to everyone, so that Mcewan doesn't get screwed on this deal. When he started this project, these goods were duty free to import into the USA from Colombia (where Suarez is located). This was due to the ATPDEA trade act, which the US Congress was ratifying on an annual basis, while waiting for a true FTA agreement with Colombia to be completed. ATPDEA was not renewed in February, so an apparel import from Colombia into the USA now has duty costs. These jerseys will have an extra 32% Duty added to them upon import now, that they wouldn't have when this plan was started.
Sorry for the bad news, but this was the Government's fault, not Mcewan's, so please pay him for the extra duties that he will most definitely incur.

I would recommend Voler for future orders. They should be a lot cheaper, and their clothing is fantastic. I'm very picky when it comes to cycling clothing and their stuff rocks.

OK, I think we're now back on track after a FUBAR in March. I was just about to cut a check to Suarez when Abe notified me that trade relations were changing between the US and Latin America. Not wanting to pay extra (more than I already have) out of my own pocket or come back to those who've already paid asking for more, I pulled the plug on the Suarez order.
After six weeks of revisiting all of the US options, I settled on using Primal. They have agreed to honor the Suarez pricing for the first order, but then will charge their standard pricing from then on out. This means that the price will go up @ $10-12 on subsequent orders. This means that if you've been sitting on the fence and waiting to see what these look like on other people, you have the opportunity to get in now at the current price. ...or you can wait and pay more if & when I ever am crazy enough to do this again.
Here are the graphics that Primal sent me today:

Primal Sizing
So, since we're changing vendors, we need to revisit sizing. Primal's sizing chart is here. Primal's fit seems snug, so I'd suggest ordering a size up (or digging through the size charts of the mfr of your favorite jerseys and comparing them to the Primal one)
Primal also sent me a fit kit of their DH jerseys. Here are some sexy model shots for your viewing pleasure. Keep in mind. I'm short & stocky - usually a M or L depending on how trim the cut is or whether there's a 'buddha pocket.'
Compression suit & elbow guards
XL jersey over compression suit. Comfortable in the neck and shoulders, baggy everywhere else.
L jersey over compression suit. Snug at neck & shoulders. Fits fine otherwise.
L jersey w/o compression suit.
