so replaced all fuses-have brake lights, rear running lights, no running lights at front grille, no turn signals, only high beam headlights-any sober thoughts?

Sober thought are not an option with me but I would test your light switch.
Do your hazard flashers work at all four corners? If hazard works at all four corners, I agree w JMack. If they don't, check connections and bulbs. My 77 loses the side a blown bulb or bad connection is on.. Low beam non working w working hi beam AND not working turn signals my suspicion would be the column turn signal/hi-low beam indicator. But check the hazards for work/not working. That helped me .. and I was nearly sober at the time..

I'm not an electrician, but this does not look right, not sure how these connect for horn. are there still new turn signal switches available?

Don good question, Iam working on all lights now I will fallow your post. but how do you get horn cap off ?

not sure how these connect for horn.
they go through one of the holes you see in the center and make a connection on the back side of the steering wheel. You have to remove the steering wheel. The wires look a bit short. You need to take the wheel off to replace the turn signal setup. I purchased one I couple years back from specter.

Memory is not using all its spark plugs so take this info with a pair of tongs😳

84310SWITCH ASSY, TURN SIGNAL
84310-21010(09/1972 - 08/1977)1
84310-60070(09/1977 - 06/1980)

Looks like both are available. $100 and $110 respectively.
