As Matthew already stated, you have friends so storing the Ford is not an issue. If you want an option a little closer, there is plenty of room next to the shop that you are welcome to.

Another day of drama. The seller gave us an ultimatum after we accepted an offer they made a couple days ago and sent them a contract which they did not sign. WTF right? They are so far under water and have played so many games with us they have run out of time. I think they actually are going to have to move back into the house at a huge financial loss of their own. So be it. Good luck selling. Gawd known our agency won't deal with them again. I can not wait to see this re-listed on Zillow for another year as we build our dream house.

I will post the gory details when all this is over and our official complaint is filed with the GA Real Estate Commission.

No new calls from the corrupt sellers making new ridiculous offers.

Looks like rental bound. Our agent is on the lookout for something for us. We are doing a 10K price drop on the Bristol house on Thursday.

We may have found something else. 35 acres, basement with a bar, a range, 2 car garage and a single car. I would have to build an jynx building or something but it is priced right. My former co-worked lived there and has been unable to sell due to the location. Doesn't bother us at all.
