I just bought a home with a three car garage, so I can have a real workshop again.
Then, we sold our home this morning.
Middle Tennessee home sales are No Joke.
Had 12 cash offers within 24 hours of listing, and it sold for significantly over asking. Even after Realtor fees, we've made an embarrassing amount of money on this place.
Now am planning out my workshop build.
I just bought a home with a three car garage, so I can have a real workshop again.

This is what I am hoping for, quick sale for the big bucks. Cannot wait to move back to Oklahoma. Build my antisocial PIG / other cruiser barn than when that is done the wife's dream house with a garden. Gonna suck moving everything though especially with diesel prices where they are.

That looks fantastic.
I just smoked a brisket yesterday, fantastic and I have lunch for a day or 2. We've got over 1/2 a cow and 1/2 a pig from our friends in the freezer so lots of meet to chow down on.
Thats all the convincing I need to head up to Steamboat!

Trying to deal with semi-competent loan officers and arrogant investment "professionals" makes me want to pull out my remaining hair on my head.
