Don’t know about you all but strangest Xmas eve I can remember. I’m cooking outside on blackstone in shorts and t shirt. Probably mid 60s

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Yep, it was toasty here!
Now it is 20 degrees F and we have a fire going.

84 degrees 2 days ago, absolutely beautiful day yesterday in mid 70 and low winds.

Typical Oklahoma, weather changing already, winds 25-35 from north and low in mid 20s tonight with wind chills in teens.

Kel has skinned that darn deer head. Now setting up to boil, the crazy things that young lady does.

Once that is started back to the cruiser investigation.

Worked my share of holidays in my EMS/Fire days!! Being younger at time I always volunteered so others with kids could do Christmas morning,

Strangest Xmas was talking at station about “Attack of the killer tomatoes” movie. A few hours later had call to home where fella was shot through his front door. Killed the poor gentleman but laying in floor of living room was the VHS tape of “attack of the killer tomatoes”.

Hope you have a quiet shift!
That has to be pretty darn strange going to a scene like that Jon.
I used to tend bar during college. The bar owner was the deputy coroner for our county once upon a time.
He had some interesting stories...

I bet y'all are fixing to get the weather that blew in here last night.

Good luck!

I hope you do okay with all the rain and flooding Don.
We have no moisture here, so it could be a sketchy year...
Colorado taking major hit this year so far. Friend in Steamboat texted me Xmas day, 7% of the mountain open and lift tickets costing $340/day during the holidays.

Hate to see this also since the winter snows are needed to fill up the reservoirs, if it doesn’t pick up gonna be nasty summer with the fires.

I hope y'all had a quiet Christmas!
It was not a bad night at all!

I was talking to a friend in Wyoming on Christmas Eve and he was out golfing in 70 degree weather, I couldn't believe it. I froze my ass up there during the winter months in the past.

Teens in the morning with 30’s daytime. I’d usually light the fire but my wife decorated for Christmas all around it and moving everything is a pain in the butt… I compromised

A balmy 3* in Yellowstone today. This fluffy cow came right up to us while we snapped a few pics.

Mom’s 81 birthday today, a great family visit tonight.

After dinner dad had some old Super8 movies converted and saved, wild to see mom wheeling the 327 powered family Pig circa 1976.
Picture quality suck but you get the idea

This was the do everything family wagon for a decade, including towing cement mixers for a patio build and even a California roadtrip with travel trailer.
That Disneyland and Calico trip was about 1980 and we had a fresh Sears crate 350 in for that trip. No meaningful pic but the footage driving over the Golden Gate into San Francisco was wild to see after all these years.
