Baby steps by steps by the FSM steps …..

You think Mr. T put 1 by 1 rear drum brakes parts on 1 at a time on the PLANT A11 assembly line …..?

Hell no !

Fully loaded backing for plates was the only way for that show …😎

I had to put sunglasses on to look at all the bling in these pics

that's the whole idea mr. white stripe ...

i think ?

i will have a 100% ALL NEW OEM hardware full floating AXLE assy. when finished ............maybe

if i do i get the bragging rights ,

but one who brags prematurely is a FOOL in a FOOLS world .......

Looking way better than before, Matt!

anything is better then before ........

the garbage man sure struggled with that old lunch box after i wrapped it in 4 HOME DEPOT contractor bags and them hid it in the bottom of my trash can on wheels .....

it was whisked away and rounded the corner 2 weeks or so ago

i should have shot a TECH Video of that final story book ending to the FREDDY KRUGER of all automotive parts i have ever come into contact with ....

Very shiny!

I'm curious what the breakaway torque for your limited slip is. Since your's is lower mileage, that would give those of us that have these with higher mileage a baseline to compare to.

Perhaps @cruisermatt can better answer this technical question ?

Since he hand assembled it with all the new parts and the few we re-used you can’t source new …

OK

it's been a while since my last FULL FLOATING AXLE Nutz and Boltz Restore Session ,

but the weather is finaly not spitting frozen pellets at me ....

no rain or wind either...

so here wer go :

- Backing Plates installed using the NEW UPDATED NEXT Generation 70 & 80 SERIES #11 mark head shoulder bolt and a creative SEMS Washer equipped #11 HEX Flange Nut Too

i really like this modern 2 pc. ONLY set up , and it's ALL silver BLUE Zinc Plated too .....

here is the
GOODIES , and how i went about it ....

.

.

Looks really nice, Matt! I’m sure Mrs. Toyotamatt is proud and very happy you’re finally done with it.🤣

i worked till 2AM Monday night late to finish her up ....

i think i used the worlds best possible parts OEM and fluids and lubricants ....

nobody said JACK about my AMSOIL statement about being the best on the market , nor the MOBLE 1 wheel bearing grease bla bla i chatty matty'd earlier A?

so i guess the case is settled then

AMSOIL is the world BEST Gear BOX and AXLE oil on the market !
