We went down to the Placerville Speedway for the night. Only place in the county for fireworks. Neighbor has a racecar so we played pit crew and had good seats for the show

They call pig in Hawaii “pua’a”.

Pig is normally roasted … on a rotisserie… Unless you’re making the more traditional kalua pig, which requires a pit and Ti leaves; or nowadays, a slow cooker.
