So I've got the Sureflo water pump, just waiting for the accumulator tank and strainer to arrive early next week. The accumulator seems to be an interesting idea. DYNO has been busy today

The cut and then the install. Two rectangles were cut out and two holes were drilled and tapped. Here you go with the manifold installed!

The aluminum plates will be anodized and then laser etched.

The rest of the Shurflo stuff arrived. So I now have the pump, the accumulator and the strainer. Now that this stuff is here I can start playing like Lego building blocks and figuring out how to get this all inside one bumper wing.

Forgot how big the pump was.

The boxing in of wings is done. Just some clean up left. After some thought, the pump nor the accumulator will work inside the wing even though it *could* have fit. It would mean too many compromises. I'd rather mount the pump under the truck somewhere.

On to the task at hand. Can't believe how flimsy and simple the OEM bumper is to take off. (4) 14mm bolts and (2) 12mm bolts...thats...it.
