You are going to HATE hills now :hillbilly:

Yeah, I don't think I would be able stand it if I didn't have 4.88s now lol... Probably still gonna suck Hahahaha.

Mine was bad enough with 33s and 4.88s. I always wanted 35s but without a drivetrain or tranny swap I couldn't imagine how slow it would be. I with I had something that could run 15" rims I would be interested.

Hahaha. Yeah I finally finished my gear/tire swap and its uhh... Pretty much just as slow as with 33s and 4.11s lol

accelerator diaphram pump leaking

Does anyone happen to have a spare carb rebuild kit or just an extra accelerator diaphram pump laying around for a weber 38 dgas carb? i have cash and i am just not patient enough to wait for it in the mail. considering my 60 is my DD and the thought of gas leaking onto the block doesn't comfort me while driving.

Thanks.

He wants too much for it and the bezel is upside down

Hey College,
I have a 32/36 weber sitting in a deep dark corner in my shed, are the diaphram's interchangeable? If so, and you can join us this Saturday at Quaker Steak and Lube in Greenville for our MM, it's yours. I remeber what it was like being a college kid and living on ramen noodles. Let me know.

Have you seen the prices 40s are fetching on eBay? Offer the guy $6500 dump $3500 into paint/body and fine tuning, then turn around and sale it easy for 15k. Vintages cruisers especially late models are hot right now!

If I wasn't knee deep in two other restorations I'd already be at that guys door with cash :)

That price isn't half bad. 40 prices have almost doubled in the past year.
