Gotta get a little more quality right-hand time.
Figured ambidexterity came with age...
Bahahahahaha.
Is RHD really as difficult as it appears?
I don't know that I could ever get used to it.
Nice score, Dan.

The pedals are the same. Shifting with the left hand is a bit odd. You have to think about what you are doing since there is no muscle-memory to draw on. Turn signals and wipers are ass-backwwards and I find I want to stop at mail boxes.![]()
I wonder if you could just swap in a LHD combo switch instead of the whole column.
You would first have to find one. That is a bit of a tall order on a 25-year-old 24 volt vehicle.
I will just have to look stupid on occasion when it is not raining......
Long term it's probably not a good idea to mix LHD and RHD charateristics. That would be bound to confuse anyone who is used to operating a RHD vehicle.

Perhaps install the LHD column and leave the RHD column in place? This way, spotting is not requiredWould be a good way to give driving lessons.

C-Dan - I can imagine that's a bit tough. After driving for a "few years" we get set in our ways!
headlight switch and horn relay. you still have them? I also wouldn't mind looking at the wiring and maybe get some parts from the harness.
