I looked at the dealer. Says no longer available. Yes my rad is original. 200k and 35 yr and just a small leak. But the fins all corroded awayI had my factory original Toyota radiator last 26 years without a single problem. So if it were me, and you want your new radiator to last more then a few years, I'd go to you're local Toyota dealership and buy a factory Toyota radiator.
The OEM radiator for the 3FE was discontinued at least 15 years ago. I bought one of the last ones available.I had my factory original Toyota radiator last 26 years without a single problem. Are there? Specifically for a 91-92?However there are many threads regarding very good aftermarket replacements.
I didn't read through all of these, but here are some links I found. May or may not be worthwhile. Are there? Specifically for a 91-92?
Not being facetious or sarcastic, but I haven't seen any. In fact, Last time I really searched my conclusion was that there is no readily available, reliable, bolt-in replacement.
If you or others know otherwise and have a moment, please do point me (us) in the right direction.

All metal is not OEM. Original had plastic tanks.I read up on the links later. Here in Hawaii it looks like I can buy from orielly auto zone or Napa and pay no shipping with a warrenty I can return direct to store. Each sells a different make with Napa advertising as oem but theirs is plastic and aluminum. Not really like the oem. Mine is original and all metal like brass
Ok what I have found is that Autozone has a plastic and aluminum radiator for $332 and I can buy local so no ship charge and it has lifetime warranty so I could return it locally with no ship charge if it fails. Now I have had other replacement aluminum radiator in my other cars that have failed here in Hawaii due to all the fins corroding away and when I try to return under lifetime warranty they said "sorry" that is "environmental" damage and would not, this was a mom and pop shop. Autozone has been good to me on warranty claims. (NAPA warranty was 1 yr and Orielly 90 days)All metal is not OEM. Original had plastic tanks.
Keep us posted on what you go with plz.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you don't really see a lot of winter weather in Hawaii.Be interested in what others may know about using this non spec Toyota radiator.
Regards
I have an external trans cooler. Also, as I understand the in radiator trans cooler also warms on cold days, not really needed here. Would not mind having the coolers of engine and trans separated so it eliminates any cross contamination issues in case of internal radiator leakI'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you don't really see a lot of winter weather in Hawaii.
Why would you compromise your transmission cooling capacity?
Rock auto to me for a radiator is about $500 shipping alone. No choice but to ship by air and fragile things like a radiator have a 50% chance of getting damaged then you need to deal with that. And a warrantly claim would be looking at $1000 for ship and return. Lot easier and cheaper to buy localhow bad is shipping on rock auto for a lilland global?
I looked at CSF, for one I have about $500 in shipping. I also have read some recent poor reports on this radiator. Why not one of these? Not quite as cooling efficient as the plastic and aluminum but I know several that swear by their construction and drop in fit.
Sorry, I meant to include this link:
Yes just got home from work and looked at my fj80. It has factory trans cooler. The line runs from trans to rad out rad the through trans cooler and back to trans. I will pull hoses off rad and attch to a length of stainless tube about 18 inch long. Go with the oem Toyota rad. Strange how they sell the manual trans rad and not the auto when no manual ever imported to usHow is Ebay's shipping for used radiators? Is there a junkyard out there that you can check?
No experience with the radiators you mentioned. I think the new manual radiator is the best option, if you can manual swap or add in your own transmission oil cooler.
