Fun reference from another Japanese manufacturer. They run fuses in a massive terminal block right at the battery

DXF files for those who are interested in copying this setup. In .074" SS this setup is super strong and rigid. The holes for the fuse box are oversized for flexibility, but you could drill them out for riv nuts for single tool use.

Finished up the box and wiring. Mine of course swapped a custom red line for my internal fuse box for the yellow one. Using one of the upgraded ground cables to feed it since I have it

That turned put really nice great job. Oh saw you still have the carb fan in the engine bay take that suckered out no need for it anymore.

So is it the 60A fuse you're using to feed the factory fuse panel?
The 60A is feeding the white ALT line. This feeds many things, door fuse, stop fuse, dome fuse, line to OI main relay, etc. In my LS swap this doesn’t tap into the alternator anymore, so I lowered the value. 60a may pop with your stock alternator running. Hence an 80 may be more appropriate.

I went into some details as to why I was concerned with that value in the first few posts.

Edit to show all the WHT connections
