Tucked up the harness behind the dash so I can start on mounting the ECU, Fuse Box, Relay Box and all the other smaller Relays to the fire wall. Routed the cabled for the indicator stalk, key barrel and accessory buttons.

Also remounted the battery Tray between the fan and fusebox. It's a bit inconvenient now to check the transmission dipstick, but I can live with it.

Certainly glad to be doing this now and not when painted.

Final adjustments before fulling welding this weekend. Very happy on the turn out. Trying to make the proportions fit is quite a task.

Worked with a mate on some AI generated image to get a picture onto paper. Absolutely stoked with this render. It's time to lock in and finish this vehicle.

I'm a big fan of the ambulance doors. Tailgate styles are very uncommon in AUS. Ive designed the rear bar to also incorporate tyre swing aways to support 2x 35" tyres.

There are rules & regs about blocking tail lights, indicator height and a raft of other hoops to jump through.

There is need for touring Australia to carry two spares some of our desert trips are 5+ days long without fuel or supplies, and at times 300L+ of fuel and water.

Simpson Desert - 5 Days 600km
Canning Stock Route - 15 Days 2100km
Gibb River Road - 4 Days 500km
Gunbarrel Highway - 4 Days 600km.

Rear bar welded up ready for final assembly. Plenty of support to the chassis.
