Nice job on the speaker covering! I've replaced mine but I can't keep my size 11's off the damn lower door speaker . I think I need something like titanium or kevlar reinforced cloth :D.

Ok...back to your comment about your windows go up and down much faster now. Was it crud on the mechanism within the door that was dragging the up/down op of the window?

This thread's/your ambition (highly caffeinated or what? :D) going to inspire a bunch of us to start getting things done and checked off our list :).

rut roh...

LOL, it's true!I am praying to get it into the shop Sunday and knock out the underside.

AATLAS1X do you apply the Super 77 to both the grill and the fabric to install?

Very thin coat to the fabric as you do not want it getting wet.

I smoothed the the piece out on my counter and made sure the pattern matched the angle that I was after then dust the top of the fabric.

Then after cleaning and drying the grills I spray the face of it heavier and then flip it over and really douse the back edges.

Lay the grill on top of the fabric for a minute then lift it up and start applying pressure from center out then over the edge and trim.

So simple, but yet beautiful

The goods and bad about this truck is that it was kept outside and never detailed. Good is it has lots of paint to cut and polish, bad is every edge has mold/moss and it was everywhere. So the inside of the doors were very dusty and lots O grime inside. I just cleaned all the tracks and regulator then white lithium grease and silicone spray for the channels.

and the only reason I am getting this all done is only because I am doing it all at once and going at a pretty face pace. This morning I am wasted and my fingers are killing me.

I sprayed the window channels with silicone lubricant as recommended and they are much faster now in all weather conditions. I will retreat them again this weekend. Made a huge difference.

That fabric looks great, kind of up classes the interior Bentley style.

I've done the silicone in all the channels a couple times and it does help but it still seems like the windows as they go up are slow and/or sticky.

I was not about to spend $220 for that door lock so I sleeved it and exopy made it SOLID!

lol. Looks good Shane. Looks like the leather kits for the 100 isn't as form fitting as the OEM stuff, is that just the pictures? or is it just that really soft leather that always looks loose until you sit in it?
