Motivation to install the Dawes Boost Controller which has been on the shelf for a few weeks.
I found out that without the SICS being connected to a vacuum VSV that I was not getting full-fueling up top, which was especially apparent above 3000 RPM. After reconnecting the SICS and BACS my fueling was definitely much higher and a bit too smoke-laden. Recently I have been working on the IP tuning to curtail the smoke, and will also be installing an O2 bung for use with my Innovate LM-2.
EGT's are now in the 900 range when loaded and pushing up hill, and 650 cruising on the highway, and I anticipate them to go up a little once the boost is up to 25psi (20 right now) and fueling is settled.
