I’m in! Super excited to have this coming. Powder coat necessary or not? I’m hoping not as I’d really like to get this in

All the parts are 6061-T6 aluminum, so they will resist corrosion quite well. You can spray paint or powder coat them if you want.
Yours will ship out today!

For those unfamiliar with E&E Offroad craftsmanship and customer service - speaking from experience here, it is second to none.

All parts are made with great attention to detail for our beloved rigs and @turbo8 goes above and beyond with regards to end user support.

So true. His hitch recovery adaptor is also a thing of beauty. I'm always trying to lighten my loadout and this replaces the 10x heavier chunk in my kit now.

It fits in a 28x18x12 inch box that weighs 65lbs.

Love the look and fit of this bumper. Can't wait to see a few installed and then order mine :)

ok. Yeah did my calculations and together with import tax, tax and huge shipping sadly a nope.
Ty
Curious, what were you quoted for shipping? You can PM me if you want.

Around 300€ shipping -> shipping and price together x 4,5% import tax for car parts -> and this together x 19,5% sales tax.
All together around $2220 in the end… so for a (to be honest) just for fun upgrade is 18% of what I paid for my 200 a little bit too heavy hehe šŸ˜‚

Ordered mine. Looking forward to this. Also ordering the slee pump bracket. Not sure how these will work together, but worth a try.

Received the package yesterday, dropped off at the local powder coater today. Should have everything back early next week. BK110 color.

Make sure they don't put to much powder where the bumper bar goes into the bumper bracket. It is suppose to be loose fitting.

How buggered will I be if they coat those areas?

There is a .010" total gap top to bottom and a .015" gap for and aft. Typical powder coat is around .005"-.01" thick.

If each part gets coating on it, that would be a minimum of .02" of powder coat build up, which would make it pretty hard to put together.

I think you should tell them not to coat the the internal area, and then you should be ok. If you need to remove some of the coating, it will be much easier to remove from the other part.

Well I got the bumper on and I’m super happy with it! Great build quality and looks great. Because of my 1.5ā€ body lift I didn’t end up cutting very much of the factory bumper off so my oopsie from Black Bear this summer is still very obvious but that’s alright with me. Also rerouted the exhaust out the side while I was in there. Can’t wait to test it out now!

This is awesome. How does it sound with the chopped exhaust?
