Whats your timeline like and would you be able to ship it to Eureka Montana?. It looks awesome!
Also, did I read you could make this out of aluminum? I was just thinking that for white powder coating, the rust would really show through if it ever chipped etc. I really liked the white with black accents. Beautiful!

I’ve taken it as far as I can without cutting out the rear cross member. Bumper is at powder now - should be back mid week. Amazing how much space the spare takes up underneath.

Will post up some in process and final pics when I get there.

Posting up completion pics.

That looks incredible ^^^ Really making me consider going with this bumper. Just say ** it and cut out that rear cross member out and not look back.

Next time can you clean up the truck a bit before posting photos? Can hardly see anything through all that dirt :)

Seriously, looks awesome! Thoughts, comments, feedback on install? I have one sitting in the shop waiting for install.

@COGerding Do you have space to mount the Hi Lift with the spare in that tilted position?
I am still playing with it (my hi lift comes tomorrow in the mail) but I don’t think so based on where the mounts go. Tire has to be straight up for the jack to fit.

Haha, thanks ... clean rig = happy rig . Install went great. @Ramathorn15 instructions were super helpful. There’s been a few (minor) edits with some improvements Ben has made ... PM me when you’re ready.

Here’s some install pics.

Interesting. That is what I suspect too. Did you buy the HL485? Ha ha supposedly the HL484 won't fit on the base. I am still crossing my finger that it will or I will be replacing my HL484 when my rear bumper arrives.

By the way, the setup looks simply fantastic!

Yep - I actually ordered the XT485. I think @benc confirmed the 484 will fit with the expanded base plate. I’m sure he’ll chime in here or someone else can validate.

@gungriffin here’s the setup with the hi lift. Tire needs to be straight up to fit the jack. It’s still all pretty tucked up into the back of the truck. Doesn’t feel like there’s a great expanse of space between the tire and the rear hatch.

Oh - and if you don’t have one of these rubber handle spacers, you might consider it. The handle rattles around pretty good (thus my bungee you see in the pics)

Thanks for the pics. Seeing your setup just makes me happy that I have a rear bumper on order. I will definitely get something for the handle. Ha ha it has been driving me a bit nuts as I have the Hi Lift behind the seats in the back of the Cruiser. Looks like we are weathering the same storm tonight too.

Seriously, those welds are gorgeous. Works of art.

Nice touch with that double weld/overweld on that hitch tube-

Wow. Total work of art. Why don't my welds look like that?

I'm so stoked to be getting one of these. Can't wait!

Been busy in the shop on the current orders! If you currently have a bumper on order be on the look out for a call or email in the coming weeks!

Now we are talkin'! I am really looking forward to installing my rear bumper!

The tray is aluminum and bolts down with counter sunk bolts for a nice smooth surface on top.
The tray is 24"x16" and will fit many different fuel cans, ice chests, ect.
There are cutouts for straps and the front edge is bent down for easy loading of heavier items,
It also allows the tray to function and a table when not loaded. Should have some pics tomorrow with bikes on it and mounted on an lx470.

I know you do a lot of revisions, is the tray on the second swing out still 24"x16"? Looking for cooler with the goal of mounting it on the tray.

Is there any option for a larger tray? The Yeti 35 is 16 1/8” × 15 3/4” × 21 3/8” (LxHxW) and the 45 is OUTSIDE: 16 1/8” × 15 3/8” × 25 3/4” (LxHxW).

Anyone have issues with the hi lift jack fitting in the rear footing of the bumper? Bought this one and the foot is too big.
