@Get outside Yes, i have the kit. I was able to figure out half of it but couldnt figure out the other half. I dont want to commit to welding it all together and get to a point where I dont know what to do next. (I know.... Im a little slooowww...) I have limited time to do projects like this, since i have little ones and ill have to do this at my friends house.
Same boat here! 7, 5 and 2 year old in the house! Time for projects come as a premium (when it comes). I figured out my photo loading problem and will check for pics! If you need any guidance just ask.

^^
All the side plates are welded on the inside only, most or the parts are keyed so they can only go where they belong. I fully weld the two front bottom gussets on both sides and stitch weld the bottom plate with the 6 holes, the 4 gussets on the bottom back only need to be welded about 1 inch, there is no need to try and weld all the way into the corner.
These are the best I have of the inside. Hope it helps! Feel free to give me a call if you want.

Thanks guys, this totally helps. Last weekend, I took it all out of the box and saw how things fit together, but not having anything to really reference, I didn't know where all the small pieces attached to or why.

Posted a pic in the main pic thread, but figured I would add a few more here. I will say this....the pictures on the forum don't do this bumper justice. It looks even better in person. And getting the right consistent gaps is pretty darn easy with all the different ways you can adjust it when mounting. Now I just wish all of Colorado wasn't on spring break so I could get the powder coating done!

Looks good Scott, thanks for the pics!

FINALLY, powdercoated to as close to the Gray Metallic (1D2) for our 2-tone scheme, got it all mounted up, lights (96W 9" Chinese LEDs), winch (smitty x2o 10k), Factor55 Flatlink. still need to put in the nissan fogs and will be done up front. for now.

VERY pleased with this. Ben was great to work with through the entire process and the shop was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the build/welds/fit and the attention to little details that don't always come through with photos online (like the angle of the center supports to match the lines of the grille.

@benc Can you show me how you modified the internal supports behind each wing for bumpers who have the Nissan fog lights? When putting mine together, it looks like the lights are too long and hit the supports. Do you have to cut or grind those supports down to get those lights to sit in there properly?

No mods should be needed. There is a left and right light and the lense should sit just inside the bumper. I have built 10 + bumpers with the Nissan fogs and have not had an issue yet, it is snug and they do need to be positioned just right.

Thanks Vann!
Looks great, your flat link ain't flat though ;)

I know, that's how it was when i picked it up. didn't have time to mess with it b/c had to haul arse to my son's double header soccer games. and since it's not my DD i can't get to it until tonight. bugged me too that it was like that.

Ben, your bumper is growing on me. :) Im not ready for any armor yet but your bumper is on the list. I liked the Blueberry but its just way too bulky for me. Yours is the sweet spot!

Is that a good thing?

BTW, If anyone is looking to powder coat to match the gray metallic 1D2 color, this one is undescernable to the eye if using a non textured powder. I would think it was painted if I didn't know.

don't think so. but something like this would:
Amazon.com: Spyder Auto FL-LED-NM00-C Nissan Clear LED Fog Light: Automotive

it is more about the angle on the wings matching the angle on the front of the fog light housing. the '01-'04 Nissan Frontier fogs just happen to be at the same angle as the wings on the dissent.

@therealdutch Just cut out the back of the housing and glue in one of those small LED pods in the back. Once I get mine mounted, I'll probably work on a conversion later on doing something similar.
