You need to share more pictures of all the exterior panels of the truck, interior, engine bay, and undercarriage

If the truck is in fact as described with verifiable <7000km, it could be worth more than $40,000 to the right buyer. However, unless you find someone local, any buyer is going to have to deal with import/export hassles, delays, tariffs, etc. - to say nothing of the hassle of negotiating through a third party on a rig that is sight unseen. All of these factors will put a dent in what the seller will be able to get for the truck.

I understand the desire to try to get a handle on what a vehicle might be worth before selling it, but it's in many ways a nonsensical question, because there are way too many variables at play. Clearly the seller has an idea what he wants for it, so let him try, and if it doesn't sell, then the price is too high. Simple as that.

Keep in mind that instrument clusters are frequently replaced, odometers can be swapped/or rolled back. Pickup trucks are usually heavily used, bondo is cheap as is labor in the Middle East. A good washing to remove all the native dust and dirt would be a start as well as detailed well-lighted undercarriage photos.
