You rang? :D

:hhmm:

I'm hoping to be able to drive this one home myself, and visit some friends and run some errands on the way. I have MUD shipping of my own stuff to accomplish...but it's definitely comforting to have a maan of leisure with an itchy accelerator foot in my back pocket, just in case.

Sean, you know I'd drive that beauty to MI for you in a heartbeat, but I really hope you're able to negotiate a fews days off to do it yourself. Driving your ultimate truck cross country over the backroads of America would be a fitting maiden voyage.

Then again, I await your call, Sir. :D

I'm expending a lot of effort to be very, very patient, for a long time.

:bounce:

He is waiting as fast as he can. I am certain he is close to the "climbing the walls" level.

I saw the cab and bed in person last October. So his wait has not been "short term".

The original target date was August 2010 but there was never a promise, and the business merger really messed up their flow. I'm not upset, I told them that the priority was quality, not speed; this is a lifetime vehicle for me. :meh:

I'd really really really like to drive it this summer though. Really really really alot. :bounce:

Any idea how many they are building? I've only got the body and frame and waiting on an engine. Not sure what number I am on the list. I have a lot of patience and want mine built right but do you think I need to put a wheelchair lift on mine? LOL!!!

got a few pics this morning. Had the interior floor bedlined.

:bounce:

2017 update: I can't find these pics. :(

Maybe i missed it but the tranny cover in the cab seems to be coated over - this might lead to problems later when you need to remove the tranny for one reason or another.
