I need to get the 62 Y-pipes onto the site.. along with about 1000 other parts.
Need to hire a website addition/inventory/fulfillment manager. Badly. Who wants to come sell LC parts with me??
Also, really need an a 4th technician in our shop so we can reduce lead times and increase throughput if anyone knows anyone interested in working in a LC shop. Dreading making posts on Indeed and Glassdoor.

Just need to find some time and motivation… wanting to get this fixed for Mardi Krawl in September
Also need to pull rear diff and fix what I am guessing is the bonded seal leaking. Have had to replace a few on ARB’s made around 2021-2023 and all of them have looked completely different like made in different factory. I know my rear locker is from around then so I’m in the same boat.

I haven’t forgotten about this project either..
still need to get a part-time kit for it, and I think I am going to do 10% underdrive gears at the same time (to put myself around 4.56 in high range)
I have a customer with a semi new HF2A with high and low gears already coming out of his 80 at some point, maybe I should see if he’ll make me a great deal on his complete assembly (@Fosters

I did get a new 100 series CDL actuator. I want to wire this to my original H4 switch and ditch a shifter when I re-do the tunnel and shifters.

Finally getting rid of the 203, nice. That's a NWF blackbox right? My ecobox (same thing) has been rock ****in solid.

Yes, see post 2425 from last year. Have a really nice oil pump and cooler. Need to design or buy reservoir/fill tank to mount high in engine bay.

I have a similar 3rd member holder but its for monster truck drop outs. Summer time cold suck ass I usually get sick once a year usually in the fall when the weather changes and temps change drastically i also stay away from germ infected little kids lol

Step 3 rebuild 3rd member with new ARB, new gears, new bearings, solid pinion spacer.
I think I will install this in the rear axle since my rear bonded seal is leaking, and then fix that and install in the front. I also have a rear vibration at high speeds I am suspecting might be differential related since someone else built my rear 3rd.
