Slowly adding the @plaidwagon product lineup to CruiserPatch.com

Moving forward, Kyle's products will be hosted on my site and branded with the 'Cruiser Patch' logo. Everything about their construction and function remains the same. I'm extremely thankful to Kyle for his interest in my brand and for trusting me to take the reigns in good faith that I will maintain his high level of customer service and quality control.

I've had a few questions about the 100 Series Cam Eliminator kit (AKA lockout plates).

FAQ:

1. Why should I use these/do I need them?
A: The two most common reasons to use this kit are to prevent alignment setups from changing during harsh off-road driving conditions and to prevent uneducated technicians from changing your alignment setup if you know it's set where you want. Most drivers do not need these plates.

2. Do they limit or add caster/camber in any way?
A: No. They work within the factory specs of adjustment to prevent the eccentric cams (deleted if using these) from moving on trails.

3. How do they work? Do you have a diagram for alignment specs with each position?
A: The plates can be rotated to move the M14 hole into different positions. By loosening the bolt/nut, one can adjust alignment numbers by rotating the plates. While the positions correlate to different alignment specs (i.e. max vs min caster) there will be variation truck to truck. Generally, as the top of the spindle/knuckle is pulled towards the firewall, caster will increase on the 100 Series platform (most IFS alignments function the exact opposite- moving the bottom of the knuckle away from the firewall increases caster).

Here's an alignment sheet from my vehicle with a bent RH spindle/knuckle (1 degree of positive camber). Next to it is an alignment sheet from a few months before I installed the cam eliminators (caster remains unchanged but camber changed after the spindle/knuckle bent).
I run SPC UCAs with the UBJs in position 'B' for maximum caster with usable camber.

And here are some install photos (teal for contrast and because I ran out of black paint):

@cruiserpatch Do you have any 223V springs available in stock ?
Actually, yes. Had a customer return a set recently so I've got one pair on my shelf
