Redesigned the CV axle puller (again) to include 2x bolt holes for some M6 hardware

This allows the user to pull the 2UZ-FE crank pulley in order to replace the crank seal (90311-43006)

Also shrank the size of the tool down a bit to save material, cost, carbon emissions...

The center hole will now be threaded with M8x1.25 threads (same as the CV axle)

V2 will drop sometime in the next few weeks

V2 of the CV axle puller is here!

The first batch has an M8x1.25 threaded hole in the center, 2x M6 bolt holes, and 2x M8x1.25 captive nut inserts.
Feedback is always appreciated.

Design changes:
  • less material used
  • M6 bolts & bolt holes (used for pulling the UZ crank pulley 13521-50022)
  • M8x1.25 threading added to central hole (for crank pulling)

These will work with the following part numbers and are designed to fit a 1/2" drive extension just like our other seal drivers:

  • OEM axle seal 90311-58011 (rear, late model 70/80/100 series)
  • OEM axle seal 90311-58008 (rear)
  • OEM axle seal 90311-50014 (front)
 
@cruiserpatch was thinking it would be nice to have a one stop shop for a full major service parts kit, and you're the one to do this.
Would be nice to have a kit with all the front engine seals, cam cover gaskets, etc. Would rather have a part and not need it...

This was common in the Audi community when doing timing belts. A kit typically included cam, crank, and tensioner seals...

Hey Patch are the brass OEM Toyota heater T’s discontinued? I checked several sources overseas and all say NLA.

They’re still in production. I would estimate they’ll be in by the end of January. Thanks for your patience…

Update: they are estimated to arrive by the first week of February
