There are completed jigsaw puzzles on every table top, empty wine bottles in the recycling pile, and I haven't put on underwear in a while.
So nothing has really changed for you then?

I was going to say "pics or it didn't happen" but the whole @jonheld thing not wearing underwear stopped me.

I'm personally finding all the half information frustrating. I know the scientific process takes time but damn it. Like is my mail safe to touch or not. How dose it live on stainless steel surfaces longer then card board? How do I properly disinfect some thing? Many cleaners don't say disinfectant on them. Do antibacterial's kill viruses?

Do antibacterial's kill viruses?

Some but not all. It must say "disinfectant" on it.

My wife just shared this with me. Can't personally vouch for the guy obviously but all sounds pretty reasonable.

Still working down here did get a $2 raise since we’re working on the “frontline “ not sure I agree we’re essential but, schools closed for remainder of the year. Moved my daughter’s stuff from her campus since it’s closed, all of her classes are online.

In all we’re doing well just dealing with the shortages others have mentioned

To go along with this anyone who works in health care Crocs are offering free pairs if anyone is interested

Stay safe everyone

My friend just had a doctor's appointment via video call. She told her that it will take NY 12 weeks to get through this. 😶

That's what Gov Cuomo said as well...minimum.

Plenty of time to get some work done on the truck I guess....

Another possibility for hospitals needing ppe Harbor Freight is offering masks and gloves with a online request

Still employed here so far, or at least I’m still working. Of course, a big chunk of my pay is commission and no companies are out buying capital equipment right now, so I’m starting to feel the hit.

Up until last weekend we didn’t have any cases reported in Cecil County. Now we have 6 and the rise as started. That said, even before the virus hit home, the shelves have been barren. I’ve always kept a stock pile of non perishables but the struggle is real getting whole milk for the toddler, bread, and meat. So far I’ve been finding what I need but it takes 2–3 shopping trips a week. I finally just tried my hand at making bread. Came out pretty good!

My major concern is that I’m one of those lucky “immune compromised” folks the news keeps talking about, so I’m trying to keep my head down and stay indoors as much as possible.

For someone who typically spends his life driving this is a weird change, especially when your new coworker is a toddler. It’s tough balancing keeping a bored toddler from climbing the walls and getting anything accomplished, but it’s also nice having the whole family home.

Wife’s company has shifted to home offices as well, so at least I have backup.

Andy what's up with the back and forth to work?

Rick I think multiple trips to the store is part of the problem! My wife and 3 boys haven't been anywhere in 2+ weeks, but I've had to make a few trips to try to collect needed stuff. I guess we should've been an "early stockpiler" then we wouldn't have to go out at all. My wife gets a lot of stuff on Amazon subscribe and save, and our last delivery only contained about half of our usual items!

Last night we did have a fun zoom call with 4 other couple friends who we do an annual trip with. That was more fun than a conference call!

Yeah, kind of tough to “social distance” when I have to go to 4 grocery stores in 3 towns to feed the fam. As one of three boys growing up, I can’t imagine how you’re keeping any food on the shelves at all!

We have been FaceTiming a lot with the grandparents and Avery’s 2 year old cousin.

Well corporate realized they were going to rob everyone of their unemployment benefits so they pulled the plug on this week. It's kinder to start at the beginning of the week.
