Sometimes, the less they know about what they're selling the better off the buyer is.![]()
Truck looks very nice. You could have it shipped back this way for ~$1000. Check Truly Vintage in the MUDship section of the classifieds. We shipped many cruisers thru McNutt.
The BIGGEST issue is getting it back to NOLA. Any recommendations?
- cheaper than shipping and no additional hassleone-way flight on Southwest - drive back- cheaper than shipping and no additional hassle
Three years ago this would have been a slam dunk. But with three kids under three...it ain't happening. I contacted McNutt and the quoted $1200. I am having a MUD member do an inspection this weekend. Hopefully everything checks out.
Price seems a little high for the mileage and the fact that it is not "built". But it does look very clean other than the tear in the front seat which is typical. We have LC friends in the Dallas area that might be able to lay eyes on it if you are serious about it.
I don't think this one is "the one." I am willing to wait and pay up for a super clean truck with low miles.
There is a guy in Jackson who just got an lx450 and I imagine he will build it a bit and sell it. I'll keep and eye out.

This should be "the one"......
