Our carb insulator is not so nice. The original part number (21911-60010) gives no result. What can be used as a good replacement for this? (1bbl)

I use spacers from an old ford. Fits perfectly, but you have to drill out the holes for the stud just a bit bigger. I forget what engine it is, maybe a 300cid V6 or I6. I think I left some details in the part number thread. You can find them on ebay.

Found it in the parts thread. Felpro 13130. Is that the same thick insulator (about 1/2") or just a thin gasket?

I now see it is two halves of about 1/4":

BTW, should that valve body be blue?

Found one at a English sports car specialist just around the corner.
Gonna paint the body blue. Thanks Jeff!
