Couple of good places to have monthly meetings are.
Ralph Hayes Toyota. It's been a long time since we have been to our main sponsors place.
Quaker Steak & Lube I talked with John about this one yesterday. It's somewhat cheesey but a really good place to have a car club meeting. Pretty sure they would give us space up front and a room we could all hang in. It's full of motorcycles and cars.
Sonic. Mostly a summer thing but a great place to hang out eat and talk cruisers around cruisers. My first meeting was at a Sonic.

I'm all for Paris Mtn for the annual, and like the idea of Bob's, Ralph Hayes, Quaker Steak, etc. Good ideas everyone, now to just get the details ironed out.
A really good mexican joint to go to is Pappas and Beer off Haywood Rd. Great place.

We need to do the Esso during the summer....could head over to the Y beach and let the kids go swimming

I'm pretty stoked about hosting this event. I'm going to work to put on something pretty special. We are looking at a few days of wheeling and by then there should be a significant additional intermediate trail open. There should also be a rock crawl, catered BBQ, all you can eat waffles and sausage breakfasts, fishing, and we will see what else I can put together. I'll post up an event thread once I have more stuff set in stone.

Thanks everyone for helping with the calendar. I'm really stoked about it, a ton of great events and most are within a 2-3 hour window of the upstate. Looks like a few years ago. Kudos to those who stepped up to lead an event.

I'm working with ACC again on another run in late Jan/early Feb. Their Fall Invitational went so well, they already have customers asking when the next run is. It will probably be in N. Ga or TN - still working out the plan...official announcement forthcoming.
I want one in March too, I should have new armor stuffs on by then.

I'll add one more suggestion.....didn't see the Cruz the Parkway event in October. Maybe we could schedule it toward the later half of the month so no to interfere with the Boil. I'll be more than happy to head up the camping at black balsam again.
*edit* additionaly in June if anyone is intrested in a day trip to run Hurricane Creek I'd be more than happy to lead that one as well. It is a fun little trail that is doable for stockers and is close to Asheville but for some reason we've never hit it up as a club.

I'd also like to schedule a parts swap in there somewhere. Don't really care which month just as long as it's next year and not on top of another event.
Would still like to get as many of us as possible to gether to shoot skeet also. Not every event has to be wheeling!!
