I like your set up.

I am currently looking at options for a tow rig/camper + trailer. I assume you are using a hitch extension rated for the trailer + load.
No I picked a trailer with a long tung and then moved the jack back.
This also makes getting into the camper easier with the trailer hooked up as it makes a step. I also added expanded metal between the trailer frame.
The newer trucks have a 3” receiver and I made a 12” hitch out of 1/4” wall 3” tube so longer then most but not an extension hitch with chains and all that.

Oh ok gotcha thanks, I thought you drove it more.
Also thanks for the advice, I’m sure I’m not an extreme wheeler. Just running the cheapest steelies I could get to begin with and was thinking about upgrading, but I’ll just try to be normal.
I have 3 rigs with beadlocks and have DD'd them. I only recommend them to people who can and are willing to mount their own tires and those who know how to actually repair tires. I generally wheel them in single digits but the larger reason I have them is because I generally don't run a spare so this helps limp off the trail with a dead flat. As others have said, general tire shops won't mount tires and offroad shops charge like $100 per tire. Most shops will at least balance them for you.

I recommend Coyote internal beads as they lock both beads, work with any wheel/tire combination and and don't require checking bolt torque on 100 bolts.

Made it to sand Hollow last night and fired up the BBQ 😎

are all those love scratches from sand hollow? looks like a clean and simple rig.
Some of these are from Fordyce last year.
Ben’s a very capable driver and not afraid to use his rig.

Thank you for sharing the pictures. As you know I am going to Sand Hallow next year with the family. These trails look fairly easy, how much of the trail do you need or don't need lockers?
The trails that we run are 8 rated some 7s and some 9s there are some spots that you don’t need lockers but there’s no way you’re going to run those trails without a fully built rig.
There are trails that you can run there without lockers there access trails that run around the park.

Was going to say the same. I went there a couple years ago and had a blast. There is everything from mild to wild and all points in between.

Today’s shenanigans
