Just got a 210 from ebay last night, so I'm on board for the next run of brackets!

I can't swing the bracket and OBA kit in one go, I'd be interested in some staged kits.

Got the mount, and today the hardware packet showed up (2x M10 flange bolts, 2x M10 washers, 2x M10 split ring washers, 2x M8 flange bolts, 2x M8 split ring washers). My 210 also showed up care of ebay, so I'm all set to test the fit!

One thing, the hardware packet came with "POSTAGE DUE: $1.07" written on it. Does that indicate the $1.57 first class postage you paid was $1.07 short, or $0.50 over ($1.57 - $1.07 = $0.50)?

No big deal either way, I just want to be sure I know if the post office is expecting me to give them a buck before they send the swat team. ;)

Ugh. Why can't stuff just be easy. I can't win.

Yeah mine said the same thing. I'll ask my postman about it. I'm sure it's no big deal.

Same here but don't you feel bad about it. s*** happens. It's a dollar, big deal. I haven't fitted the kit yet but it's been done well and the quality is obvious.

Make it up to me by getting the OBA kit ready so I can give you some more of my money! Hell you might even make a profit this time!

Yeah I know. I come from the world of micro-managing over at RED Digital and that place ruined me.

Don't sweat the small stuff. We appreciate your hard work and are grateful that you're putting this kit together for us.

Found myself one :D

The 210 I have (rebuilt on a shelf, patiently waiting for a shiny bracket so I can install it.....) has a single pulley, but a thick area directly behind it. Looks like a really large spacer so that it has the same spacing as a double pulley, but I have no way to verify that. @NLXTACY: do you have a measurement from the front of the pulley to some identifiable part of the compressor body I can compare to? I want to make sure that my single pulley w/spacer is spaced like a double pulley and will work with your setup.

no bueno

Going to need to locate a double pulley.....

Also looks like the idler needs an extra spacer or washer??

Yeah looks like you will need a spacer. So odd. Let me know what size you used so that I can source for others.

well dangit, that looks like the exact same pulley I have on mine. its hard to tell from the angle of the pic, does the setup user the inner pulley on the double pulley?

I used a .11 washer and have used the York to fill a set of tires a few times now without any issues. I'm interested to see what others use.
I also recommend a spacer/washer under the pulley adjustment bolt. Mine was making contact with the coolant hose right below it.

GPD 4321241 A/C Compressor Clutch - is a double groove that will work

i used a .11 washer as well

ill take another shortly

the single rib, has the clutch almost fully behind, where the double groove has the clutch right in the inside with almost no spacing
