Does the ARB M002 IPF wiring look need a ground switching relay or is the way the FJ60 work accounted for in it’s design?

ARB M002 does not include negative ground switches.

Upgrade battery cables and headlight harness and even stock old school sealed beam lights will be noticeably better. Less voltage loss to wire resistance means more light....faster cranking....more blower speed etc

I ran my stock harness with the H4s and used the 55/60 bulbs. I plan to use my stock harness with the LEDS as well because they draw less power and amps. So it’s even safer than Halogens. The harness that comes with the LED lights reverses the ground problem so it’s supposed to work with the factory harness. They come tomorrow I will post pics of the install

If you still have the Hella’s in there now, Can you do some before and after pics?
Of the actual lights in the truck and the output light color and pattern?I know anything will be brighter than my stock, but not sure I’m 100% sure I like the LED’s in these classics. Those old school round lights is what drew me to the 60’s.

Sealed beam vs Hella H4 55/60 watt bulbs

Yeah, just completed the ARB/Hella conversion on my 62. Brights are like a modern vehicle. It's amazing how much better it is.

Two pictures taken on a dirt road near my house. Top picture is low beam and bottom is high beam. Standard 55/60 watt bulbs in Hella 7" H4 housings with stock wiring. Pictures were taken on my Iphone 7 and I didn't modify the pictures however the camera compensates some for the night exposure so the actual light looks brighter than reality however the pattern in distance is accurate.

a few others on high beam with same setup:

This one at 55mph....curve going up hill in distance is about 1/2 mile away:

another on the dirt road. Again the brightness is too high but the light throw is accurate.

If they are anything like the Truck-Lites then they will be pretty good. Headlight Revolution did a review of the standard Truck-Lite with pics of throw down the road to 100yds in normal and bright modes.

Very impressive.

Wow. those are Bright!!

seems like great value for the $

So hard to really tell anything from headlight pictures. To me, the light looks uneven, bright spots, dimmer spots, stray light. And the color of the light is way too blue (cool) (IMHO). But this could just be the picture. To me, the H4 pictures above look like a much better light. Again, pictures may not accurately show how it actually is.
