I really appreciate that! Getting into the 60 smacked me in the face with how comfortable, smooth and quiet it really is. Even with the 35s, the h55 and 2f felt so great to me.Man, say it isn't so. This has been one of the more informative threads on here. Sorry to see it end. Been a nice adventure to follow along with. Thanks for it all. Congrats on the 40 purchase. Lucky truck. That one is now in good hands. GL.
Honest answer, no one else is as deserving as I it feels. Though I'd like to hope I can find the right buyer.I don't like the idea of you selling it. Who out there deserves that 60 more than you? Thanks for sharing the journey and having a 40 is a great thing. Wish I could buy it.
So I'm quite a newbie to both this site and cruiser ownership. I was looking for some info on switching my dash bulbs to LEDs and found this thread. It's a cloudy Sunday afternoon and I read the whole thing from start to finish, making notes on part numbers and stuff along the way. It's been a great couple of hours in your company and even my wife enjoyed the photos from the SAS trip. Coming to the end and finding that you're thinking about selling - aside from being a shocking twist in the tale - makes me think two things: 1. wish I was in the US (rather than Italy) with enough funds to buy it, and 2. DON'T DO IT!I really appreciate that! Getting into the 60 smacked me in the face with how comfortable, smooth and quiet it really is. Even with the 35s, the h55 and 2f felt so great to me.
