Brake booster options? (1 Viewer)

In my search for a decent 100 series, I ran in to a truck looks to have a different brake booster, see image.

I was in the understandeing all 100 series came with a electric pump as a brake booster.

But is anyone familiar with the option shown in the picture?

This appears to be a non-US truck with a conventional vacuum brake booster. Your location of 'Borger' doesn't tell us US-based folks much. Where is this truck located?

Th me truck is located in Europe, and comes from the Middle East.

This vehicle also has a different air filter from the 100 series. Looks like the one from the HZJ model. Does it have a snorkel? Also, no AHC and the routing of the AC lines over the radiator is different. Maybe no rear AC?

Surprisingly, it has a charcoal canister. I wouldn't have expected that for a middle eastern car.
