I saw that as well but they gauge has the ability to display AFR ( i think) as well as Pyro, boost and other parameters. It has enough OBD stuff for our rigs, I'd think but who knows. Anyway, just trying to find a single gauge that does everything.

Oh then take a look at the PLM? Gauge. Or PLE or something like that. I have a link somewhere. :hmm:

This rabbit hole gets deeper and deeper. Now I'm looking for gauge pods and AFRs.

A-pillar gauge pod for 2-3 gauges? (2-1/16") -- Gauges for Supercharger inst

THinking about the smart phone app now. I already run Torque on my tablet to monitor temps. So I just need to run their app.

PLX Devices SM-AFR Air/Fuel Ratio UEGO Wideband Oxygen O2 Sensor + MultiGauge Link Combo with Bosch LSU4.9 O2 Sensor for Smartphone Apple/Android Interface

Edit: review for android app suck. I'll probably go with a gauge pod and gauge. Easier to read and no extra device to connect with Bluetooth.

For those needing to take care of leaks NOW before the turbo install, I’m now stocking valve cover gasket kit (vc gasket, spark plug seals and throttle body gasket)

80 Series 1FZ Valve Cover Leak Kit

If your plugs look this when you take them out to swap out new plugs...STOP! Repair the oil leak first.

Add a distributor housing o-ring:) While not directly related to the valve cover, leaks in one usually pair with leaks in the other.

It's closer to the valve cover than the oil pump:flipoff2:

Oil pump gasket, front crank seal, oil pan gasket sealant, ect.

You could increase the list ad infinitum.

Joey has’em all on his website, just have to decide how far down the rabbit hole you want to explore.

In my opinion its just about eliminating potential issues pre-turbo. Oil is a big one. Cooling is the other. :hmm:

Ok so don’t judge because it’s just crap laying around to get where we needed to go but the intake routing is figured out AND it allows you to run the York OBA, dual batteries, stock or Landtank MAF, stock manifolds and stock air canister. And it’s damn near 100% bolt on. I have a could little brackets to make for the AC line but it’s good to go!

A single custom piece from the air cleaner top straight to a 90 to the inlet, with the MAF in the middle, would be tits.

I’m looking into cooking too.

I’m going to be punching louvers in my hood.

It should help, but it will also look soo cool!

Does the fry pan go on top of the louvers for cooking?

In all seriousness, yeah, good cooling makes all the difference - a friend raced a mid-90s Ford Escort GT (automatic) in the 24 Hours of Lemons series. Their cooling system was two giant radiators (engine and trans) mounted on the underside of the hood with 4 fans force feeding them from the outside through "louvers" (ok...two holes made with tin snips)

I'm getting into this thread really late... Is there a specific post # in here I can look at to see what years this will be compatible with and any type of estimated price (I know it won't be accurate considering you are still manufacturing parts/solutions so its subject to change). Would be reallllyyyyy cool to be able to put a turbo on a 93.
