Well after driving all over and just short of hitting salvage yards to see what newer vehicles might have that would work, I modified a Dorman part that may work for a while at least

You should contact Man-a-Fre. They reman these for the FJ60.So working on the wiper arms that are under the cowl vents. I am going to have to figure out how to replace or repair that worn nylon cap that both holds the arm Eye and is greesed to pivot on the ball. Right now it doesn't hold the eye of the push arm.

Unfortunately the center ball joint was rusted and wouldn't let me pump anything new in it so i had to put skf UJ613 in there. which is not quite as nice as the original since it isn't in a brass sleeve....was hoping this from @cruiseroutfit was the right size, but the picture of the seal is completely different so likely wouldn't have worked but would have been better quality Universal Joint CV Ball Kit - Japanese - Fits LC/HiLux CV Shaft (1 Required per Shaft) (UJCVBALL) - https://cruiserteq.com/universal-joint-cv-ball-kit-japanese-fits-lc-hilux-cv-shaft-1-required-per-shaft-ujcvball/
One of the koyo ujoints was damaged during removal so I need to replace them both... These new ujoints are slightly too small and certainly garbage so they aren't going in. I think GMB GUT-27 is the right one that I need to find, but there is still a list of others I can check out of varying quality:
GMB 210-2500 ---These might still be right as i have no idea what came in the boxes I ordered. no markings and the cap diameter is the only thing that seems to be correct on these.

Yes the outer box says Made in Japan. In fact I had been moving to them from moog as most of the moog stuff I've gotten in the last couple of years has been very sloppy. This is the first time I've gotten GMB stuff that wasn't from Japan. I can't tell you how the long term is of GMB stuff that is from Japan as I only have a couple of years use of them on my 80 series.Wild, does the exterior GMB box say Japan? I've not necessarily know the bulk of their modern stuff to be Japanese fwiw.
I don't think the Land Cruiser CV ball kit will fit but I thought the Japanese Matsuba CV specific U-joints fit? If you send the joint measurements you need, we can quickly verify with our UJ00001. Info@cruiseroutfitters.com

I was looking for the Matsuba joints and have the part number around here for them, however I haven't been able to find anyone who posts on their website what the part numbers are so I didn't want to order them hoping they had the right size for the that DC cv joint. I put a picture of the measurements of the koyo. if those match what you all have then I will just get them from you all.
I can shoot you an email with the measurements.
I believe it is. it is the number on the box. There was a GMB part number i found on some of the taco forums that also had GUT 27 mentioned. So i am wondering if it is standard.. I do think that if there is a joint that is 28.5mm x 48mm it would be a more accurate fit to the original koyo I removed. I wouldn't have had to clean up any of the inside surfaces. Is GUT27M the Matsuba number?
