Thanks for posting this picture. I actually have that same one hanging on my wall in the office. Looking forward to meeting everyone when I get back.

Once I get back, there's a beer fridge in the shed. We can drink and add accessories to Red or your Cruiser. When we sober up we can re-install the parts correctly.

Sorry been busy with these Arabs being pissed off at the US. Our area is pretty much on lock down. Anyway, attached are the only pictures I got from Edwin. He says the dowel pin was fixed when the engine was rebuilt. Now I'm looking for a steering/vacuum pump. Will try to keep you posted, but the reality is right now you would know more about the swap than I do ;).

Where are the pics? Edwin said he started on it.

Looks like he did send me pictures. I should have checked my other email before replying. Here's what I got.

Nice! It's moving now. I just love the fact that the 4bt uses only gears in the front.

keep your head down.

thanks for posting the pics Mike. i will keep taking pics as we go so you can post them up for the guys. i am cleaning up the frame rails today. also going to try & mock up the motor so i know what kind of motor mounts i will need to build & i can see if i can get the old pump out & in with the steering box not giving an problems.
so now starts the fun stuff. fitting and checking in and out.
i forgot to talk to you about the inner cooler. are you going to run one & if so what kind and size? this will help me on motor placement or if we are going to run E-fans.
you can e-mail me on this.

Everyone meet EDWIN, the previous owner of Big Red and the TLC guru of Austin. Thanks for taking the pictures and sending them. As for you question on the inner cooler, there should be one in the back with the transmission. If it's not let me know it may be in my garage. Let me know if it's a good fit or a larger one is needed.
Things are fluid here so if I'm not online as much it's because we're busy with protests and all the anger that comes with it. Thanks again for the pics.

Awesome. Might as well the FJ60 round lights mod now that he has the front end apart :)

I can't say I haven't thought about it, but I need to stay on target. There are so many other plans that are priority and need the limited funds.

Awesome ride man! That is the height I really want my 62. Are you running lift springs as well as the spring over? If so what size lift was it?

I can't remember if the lift is 12 inches or 10 inches on the rig. But it has 37 inch tires that helps make it taller.

quick update, the vacuum/steering pump made it, but for some reason the reservoir couldn't fit. Edwin used the old reservoir and mated it to the pump. and now some pictures.
