Get'em checked. I think that's Detroit blue used on Detroit Diesel engines.
'Course, I could need my eyes checked.

The red is sweeeet and was my original choice, but I love the olive drab he chose. I think there would be waaaaaay to much red if both the truck and engine are the same color. Let me know what you guys think.
I love the Cummins Red too, but I'm with you Phoenician, I worried that it was to much red for the truck.
I'm still seeing blue. I'll need a couple of better pictures to make an informed decision. So far, I like it though.
In the end, as reason creeps in and I get farther into the project, I realize that, while I like my blue and black color combo in a stand alone setting, the Cummins Tan with black might have matched the overall color scheme of my truck.
That being said Phoenician, our engines are going to POP out when we open our hoods.
What motor mounts/insulators are you guys using for this engine?
Thanks Wyoming. I see those are made in India. Have you used them before? Any feedback?
Those look like the ones in my truck. I got spares from Proffitt's Cruisers a couple of month's ago. I had one go out on me and Edwin swap it out.
