Why a bracket lift? Why not tundra LT?

I already have tundra LT. I got bored so this version is a bracket lift with tundra LT. :)

So 40s are on the table!?
LoL. No, I did not intend to go 40s at least right now. I will start with 35s and then maybe step up to 37s if there is room vertically to park inside my garage. With 35s rig will be very close to 7 feet tall.

Nice fabrication work.

That looks painful. Do half shafts operate ok at those angles, or are they more prone to failure? I have absolutely no idea... Truck is looking great!
Right now kdss valves are open so more droop than normal I guess. As long steering is straight it should be fine when going over hard obstacles. Lockers when engaged will also limit steering turns. Thanks.

Driver side done. R/w will not work. I am running spacers for time being new wheels and tire will be ordered shortly

Enjoying this build, getting down and dirty with some more extreme fabrication and mods. Something different, way different, than the all too common "will my 285/60R18s fit?" threads.

Mind taking a closer shot of how you mounted the KDSS sway bar link? I think you've got something good and unique going on there.

Here is bds sway bar link. It’s mounted on outside of LCA using long bolt and a spacer provided in kit. I am probably going to remove some preload from Coilovers springs to lower ride height. They came preset at 2” with 1” preload. I might just do 1/4” preload.

Few more pics from yesterday’s work. Plan to wrap it up later today.

This is awesome! Probably deserves its own thread.

Goes a ways to making the KDSS relocation bracket a more viable and durable mod, making the road to 35s more clear for the LC guys.

Missing two spacers on lower shock mount. I did temporary fix for now. Otherwise it’s done and needs an alignment.
