What about the RW doesn't work anymore? Do you need a rim with a lower offset to clear some of the new components?

Freaking awesome work!

I am running spider trax spacers. It clears 34s. Offset needs be +18mm or lower for 17s. I will probably do method mr704 with 0 Offset.

I swapped out the upper control arms yesterday. Top long bolts are PITA to remove and torque. I had a camburg engineering control arm when I did tundra conversion a while ago. With the BDS lift installed, the camber was negative as the arms were designed for 1" to 3" lift. I picked up a pair of stock tundra arms and installed them. I hope to get alignment issues worked out tomorrow. I will be selling camburg UCAs, Icon coilovers with 700#/1" spring rate- remote resi with CDCV valve (rebuilt in April 2020 by Rock and road performance), and 5 rock warrior wheels (wheels available after methods are installed). I will post these items in the classified section.

For Sale - Icon Coilovers and Camburg UCAs for Tundra, sequoia, or LC200 tundra conversion (Sacramento, California)

Sold For Sale - 5 Rock warriors wheel 5x150 bolt pattern (Sacramento, California)

Alignment adjustment turns out great! Specs are below.

She's a beast!

Now that you got it all dialed in.

What's your impressions of the lift? Thoughts on before versus after?

I have put about 300 miles since the lift but only less than 5 miles after alignment. I like this lift for clearance purposes and alignment specs are within factory range. CV angles are approximately 5 degrees. The steering feels good too. I don't remember how stock steering felt. It drives straight after alignment and comfortable at highway speed at 80+mph. Also did some back road driving on curves, I like it. I keep in mind that the center of gravity is higher so I adjusted my driving behavior accordingly. Up travel and down travel for front suspension is closer to stock now, this is a huge difference compared to my old setup. There is definitely pro and cons of drop bracket and Coilover lift. Here is my feedback summarized below. I will update is as I put miles on the kit.

very cool, good looking numbers, who did you use for the alignment ?

I have lifetime alignment from Firestone. I typically use West Sac location on Ikea Ct for alignment.

Do you plan on lifting the rear via taller springs/shocks, or spacers to level the ride out?

I may if I can find a taller spring and shocks to go with it.

Excellent run down. Thanks!!

Swapping them tomorrow.

Redesign front skid splash guard with oil filter cutout. I used 14ga diamond plate I had lying around. Light weight compared to old one was 3/16” plate.

If you're itching to lift the rear, have you talked to this person? Seems they've done something to lift the rear as well
