I just bought a pair of new door hinges from him. Super high quality OEM parts and at a great price too!

I hate caulking more than almost anything, I think I would rather get skunked on a day of fishing than deal with caulking. I just despise the stuff. It was created by a basement full of Satan worshippers high on LSD.
