Alternator Tensioner Arm

Does anyone know where I can find the alternator adjustment block/nut or the whole assembly? I’m trying to get my belts back in order and prying on the alternator to make adjustments is fine but not ideal.

I found these but the link doesn’t work and none of the regular vendors seem to have them.
