Are you running hydro boost? That second return line will need to be plugged if not. I have a short hose with bolt clamped in the end. It was a rig job in Moab when the cap blew off on the trail. I haven’t touched it since.
I’m sure you can come up with something better with the pump out.

I’ve got a Wabco vacuum pump. The 3/8” NPT brass bushing goes in nicely but won’t get snug. At oil filter shop now trying to figure out what will work. Bought from Napa and they had no idea what fitting would work.
I have the same pump. Just went out and snapped a photo. I have a nipple on mine. There was a TSB back in the day where they started putting check valves on them. My 97 factory pump has it.

Forgot the photo.

Looks like it. I’ll need to find a 90 or the check valve. Here is the check valve.

I forgot that I have some a ghetto rig job adapting the check valve vacuum hose to the booster since the nipples were different sizes. This time around I’ll make them match.

Researching this dodge check valve for the 4BT vacuum pump. The FJ60 has a check valve on the line leaving the brake booster so why would it need another at the pump. The check valve prevents oil from getting sucked into the braking system. The FJ60 one says it has a check valve.
I’m looking at getting a new brake booster. Probably be a good idea with all the upgrades I’ve done. Anybody got this one from City Racer?

@Mr Cimarron the fj60 brake booster has a check valve at the fitting leaving the booster. Does it need one at the vacuum pump too.
Good question. Don’t know the answer. I’m probably not going to worry about check valve at pump.

Seems redundant to have 2, one at booster and one at the vacuum pump. Perhaps this is just applicable to Dodge.

Agree. I assume the check valve at the booster keeps boost in. The pump side I really don't know what its doing. Seems you wouldn't want one there because if oil got in the hose it couldn't leak back down?

All I have to say is 4wheelparts is very lazy. Sent me 2 wrong styles of lug nuts. Have been talking to them multiple times and they finally said they cannot get the style lug nut I need. Hutchinson called me today and sent me the style I need. Contacted Gorilla and they make a keyed style. The lug nuts 4wheelparts sent are from Gorilla. Why they couldn’t get me the correct style is ridiculous. Mike @ Hutchinson was very helpful and very disappointed 4wheelparts is sending out the incorrect lug nuts. Jon at Gorilla is working on my lug nut setup now. Here are the 2 incorrect sets 4wheelparts sent.

I’m sure not getting my shocks from them now.

Glad you're getting this sorted out. When are the right lugnuts supposed to show up?
