The 208V 3 phase motor had a bad thrust bearing causing the motor to drag the pump impellers and overload the pump variable speed controller. Replaced the motor, the 60gpm Grundfos Pump was still good to go.
More funding for Project Snowball from the Ski resorts.

The crossmember is going to get redesigned. @GLTHFJ60 what bushings are you running on the crossmember for the 4BT? This appears to be the source of vibration in my 60 as the Advanced Adapter is actually making contact on the crossmember. One of you guys had a nicely designed one from your thread.

The first pic there is my transfer case crossmember, but the transmission crossmember is nearly identical in construction.

It's a poly transmission mount from energy suspension.

Idk what you're talking about. This is a solid mount, with steel center to prevent it from falling apart when the poly fails.

Center looks open to me.

Still don't know what you're talking about. There are three bolt holes there, but the center of the mount is not "open"

Are you thinking the white streak is a hole? It's a shoulder and the light is reflecting off of it but there's actually no hole in the material.
