I think I figured out the last part. It looks like a piece from a throttle cable assembly for an aftermarket carb. Which makes sense because of the Holley carb and downey plate in the other crate.

I accidentally found out I can clean that old grime off with brake cleaner. Now I’m stuck doing all the vacuum lines

Also realized the line that goes to the distributor has the og metal clamps to secure on the fuel line

I pretty much got all the lines figured out, but I have this valve and have no clue what it’s for. I think it goes on this bracket, but there aren’t any lines or sensor to plug into.

I googled the part number on it, but I don’t see the distributor or air cleaner listed on the diagram

This is what I've come up with based on vague info I found online

For future reference, that 23277 vcv in the diagram is part number is 90925-03035
